The best way to describe our signature grillers is that they are a cross between a pizza and a quesadilla. It all starts with a fresh flour tortilla shell we put on our flattop grill and heat it up. After it begins to crisp, we cover it in cheese, give it a crispy, cheese crust and top it with our favorite combination of meats and veggies. It is then cut into 8 slices and served like a pizza!
